Surgical Scheduling Coordinator

Ellen coordinates surgical care with precision and compassion. She works closely with patients to ensure they feel informed, prepared, and confident every step of the way—from scheduling through recovery. Her calm, organized approach makes complex logistics feel simple.

Reception – Reynoldsburg

Wendy is often the first friendly face or voice our patients encounter. At the Reynoldsburg office, she helps patients feel welcomed, heard, and cared for from the moment they arrive. Wendy’s warmth, patience, and attention to detail help create a relaxed and positive experience.

Chelsea

Reception – Grandview

Chelsea supports patients at our Grandview location with professionalism and warmth. She keeps the front office flowing smoothly while making sure each patient feels personally acknowledged and supported.

Medical Assistant – Reynoldsburg

Jasmine works closely with patients and providers to ensure compassionate, efficient care. She is detail-oriented, attentive, and always focused on helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visit.

Medical Assistant – Columbus (Grandview) Certified Phlebotomist

Lindsey supports patient care at our Columbus location and is also a trained phlebotomist, assisting with blood draws and in-office procedures. She is known for her calm presence, clinical skill, and ability to put patients at ease.

Genine supports Dr. Cozzolino as a virtual assistant, medical scribe, and clinical facilitator. By managing documentation and workflow in real time, she helps keep visits efficient and allows the doctor to focus fully on patient care.
