Custom orthotics are medical-grade shoe inserts designed specifically for your feet to improve alignment, reduce pain, and support proper movement. Unlike store-bought inserts, each pair is prescribed by our podiatrists based on your foot structure, biomechanics, and medical condition.

At Kaplansky Foot & Ankle Centers, we begin with a detailed evaluation and obtain a precise foam mold of your feet. Your custom prescription is then sent to a specialized orthotic laboratory where your devices are fabricated specifically for you. Most orthotics are ready within 1–4 weeks.
