 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Cozzolino is very good.  He did foot surgery on me last May.  I am having some problems with the plate and also tendinitis.  Dr. Cozzolino addressed the issue.   I am trying some medicated cream and probably removal of plate.  There is 2 screws also.  One screw will remain.   I have excessive lax joints.
